I am on the road again. This time to St. Petersburg, Russia with six other ambitious Americans to train with and under 9-time World Champions Coach Sergey Rachinskey and his Russian National team. These are the top of the top in kettlebell sport. Am I nervous, you bet, but you don’t get anywhere in life or sport by sitting at home being a big fish in a small pond. You have to be willing to take a chance, willing to get knocked down. But know that you will push through and learn from the sometimes hard lessons. Will I ever be strong enough?… Never. But I’ll bring a willingness to try, to fail and to learn. I will return stronger. I will return more knowledgeable. I might even surprise myself.
